Return & Repair Policy
We offer exchanges or returns in the form of store credit only if notified within 3 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange or store credit. We are unable to honor exchanges or store credit requests on items that do not abide by these rules.
To inquire about a repair, please email us at email@example.com with "REPAIR" in the subject line. Include your name, order number, description, and photos of the damaged bracelet. We will assess the damage and if we are able to repair your item, we will determine if a repair fee will be required or not. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We will notify you if there is an added repair fee before issuing shipping instructions. OSTARA is not responsible for any damage to the jewelry caused by the wearer. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
