Return & Repair Policy
We've changed our Return Policy to accommodate the COVID-19 outbreak. We offer exchanges or returns in the form of store credit only if notified within 60 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange or store credit. We are unable to honor exchanges or store credit requests on items that do not abide by these rules.
If within one year of the original purchase date an OSTARA Jewelry piece fails during normal wear because of a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair with like quality materials at no cost. If an OSTARA Jewelry piece is damaged after the first year, we will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost that will be noted at the time of inquiry.
To inquire about a Repair, please email us at email@example.com with "REPAIR" in the subject line. Include your name, order number, description, and photos of the damaged jewelry. We will assess the damage and if we determine it is a manufacturer defect, we will send you a shipping label to mail back to us at no charge. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with normal wear and tear jewelry repairs. We will notify you if there is an added repair fee before issuing shipping instructions.
OSTARA is not responsible for any damage to the jewelry caused by the wearer. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
